Hello friend,

another weekend is upon us and with it comes this week’s creative play-list. I’m almost back to a regular schedule, and this week I have more to share. Hope you find something that interests you in the play-list.

Talk to you Tuesday,

x

ash.

LISTEN

  1. I’ve been listening to a lot of The Lumineers recently and here’s one of my favorites. It’s called Holdin’ Out.

READ

  1. Sahithi & Kedar’s Wedding in Bahrain by Two Mann Studios is actually a wedding gallery but the write-up before you get to see the photos is totally worth it.

  2. The Color of Happy by Dennett. Another gallery I just had to share because I had never thought of this color as happy, but it just made sense after seeing these photos.

WATCH

  1. I’m back making videos on Youtube and this is one where I test the new Threads app and talk about if it’s a good fit for photographers/creatives/business owners.

  2. Artists redraw their old portraits - Drawfee Show

  3. This is the video making me consider getting a point-and-shoot camera. Summer ‘22 film by MultiBritney

  4. TheHalf Year Reset: how to turn your year around - struthless

  5. I just found this awesome cool channel called The Photographic Eye. And this video is one EVERY artist/creative should watch: The Biggest Lie Social Media Feeds Photographers

Thank you for reading Trying to Be Creative. I would really appreciate it if you tell someone about this.
